A provisional agreement between Russia and the United States to halt fighting in Syria now has an official start time, according to a new BBC report Monday. A halt to fighting between the Syrian opposition, which has been supported by the U.S., and the Syrian military, which has been propped up by Russia, is tentatively scheduled…

    I’m not sure how this will work since I think both sides will still be bombing ISIS. One “mistake” and the ceasefire will be over? I’m not holding my breath, but I’m going to stay hopeful.
