I hope that is the case here because the school will have to have representation and would need funds to pay for it. Although the lawyer may do the work pro bono because of the circumstances. It could set precedent for the future.

I have TWO Korans, I have read both of them…twice… and I am still an atheist.
One of those Korans was given to me by a Muslim friend, he doesn’t care that I am an atheist and I don’t care that he is Muslim, we are still friends.
I have read the whole bible, cover to cover…talk about a slog… but being informed is always the best option, no matter what the subject is.
I hope they have to pay through the nose for this stupid stunt.

You’re right it is but the worst part is that if the school lost (it won’t) it would have to pay the legal fees of the idiots who brought the suit but the idiots won’t have to pay for the schools fees when they lose. So, in a sense, the school loses either way.
