Do the people of Kentucky take responsibility for coals contribution to climate change?? or just taker the money and run ???

Appalachia is a horribly depressed area of our country. Coal is about the only ‘industry’ and yes the people are that small minded.
I was raised there.
Peabody had no problem taking the money out of the area and putting nothing back…Big coal has raped the area and the people for what 100+ years
the saddest thing I saw last week was Rand Paul talking to Larry Wilmore….ummm..it is safe to say that any Republican should never try to do comedy…It was the saddest, and most humiliating tv I have witnessed…and Larry was having fun…
