I knew a number of Cincinnati Ben-Gals. They were formerly high school and college cheerleaders who loved what they did. It was great exercise and they enjoyed being part of a team. The ones that left did so because the personal expense got to be too much.
I’m no fan of cheer gigglers but they are athletic and professional. In the case of the Buffalo Bills, these women were working very long hours at minimum wage and doing extra events that they were not paid for neither in wages or transportation costs.
I don’t care one way or another if they are on the field again, but if they are they should be paid fairly for their work representing the Buffalo Bills, both on the field and off.

If they are so under payed, why do it?

My thoughts exactly. If they don’t like the pay, perhaps they can get jobs pole dancing at the local gentleman’s club.

I believe it is to be seen and hopefully offered a better job.

Those are great reasons to do it as well.
