Trump Author: He Used To Be Progressive
Dave Shiflett, who wrote Donald Trump’s book The America We Deserve, says that was a work of fiction. He explained that on my radio show Tuesday night.
Shiflett told me that Trump used to be much more progressive, especially on topics like national healthcare,abortion and diversity. Shiflett also talked about how Donald Trump once suggested Oprah Winfrey as a good candidate for Vice President. Shiflett says could never vote for Donald Trump because of what he said about Sen. John McCain being captured in Vietnam.

You’d think his GOP opponents would hammer him without mercy on his many progressive positions ,some of which he still holds.
But , GOP is no longer about a political philosophy , it’s about emotions , religious zealotry ,etc.
