Pastor Tells Gay: ‘I Pray That You Will Commit Suicide’

A man promoting his book sent emails to churches and was not well received by at least one pastor.

Jim Marjoram emailed around 400 churches in Auckland about his book on the struggles of living as a gay Christian, It’s Life Jim.

Mr Marjoram says the response was largely silence, aside from one email yesterday from Pastor Logan Robertson of Westcity Bible Baptist Church.

“We are not interested in your filthy lifestyle or book,” Mr Robertson wrote. “Romans 1 clearly says God has rejected homos and they are worthy of death. You cannot be saved.

“I pray that you will commit suicide, you filthy child molesting fag.”

    Jim shouldn’t belong to any group that don’t realize that being gay isn’t in God’s Big Ten Commandments. Gay people are mentioned in the books/chapters written by man, especially the Levite Priesthood (aka the Sandpeople). Rememeber two things there aren’t any Gods and the number one rule to follow is the Golden Rule.

      Yeah but the bible is so “iffy”. I mean, God was just joking when he said that thing about eating shellfish and wearing mixed fibers – but he was GOD DAMN SERIOUS about gays being evil! Ask any Christian. They’ll tell ya!
