White House To Seek Expanded Background Checks

President Obama will do what he can since Congress won’t act.

White House adviser Valerie Jarrett says the president has asked his team to complete a proposal and submit it for his review “in short order.” She says the recommendations will include measures to expand background checks.

Jarrett spoke Wednesday night at a vigil for the victims of the Newtown shooting, according to a summary provided by the White House.

Good start, not make it mean something. No guns for domestic abusers, no guns for felons, ever, no guns for people who threaten to kill or hurt others.. no private sales without a background check, all gun sales need to perform a background check.

When I was at work I thought I heard heads popping but wasn’t sure why, I am glad to hear it was for good reason :)

With gun violence Obama and the Democrats get it but none
of the republicans have the guts to speak out about helping
prevent gun violence, the only thing they’ve done recently is
pass open-carry and stand your ground laws in some states
which has done nothing but promote more terror in America,
they are scared of the NRA lobby, it’s time to dig up the corpse of
Charlton Heston and pry that insanity from his cold dead hands!
