Of course, Scalia and Thomas voted to hear it: The Supreme Court Monday declined to review the ability of cities and states to prohibit semiautomatic “assault” weapons that can carry more than 10 rounds of ammunition and have been used in some of the nation’s most deadly recent mass shootings.…

    Yet voteing rights have been decimated by this court and cities all over the country. The SC decision about abortion is also being decimated even though it too was ruled a right.

    any rulings on the 2nd amendment right to keep and bear nuclear arms in one’s own home yet?

    now if anybody should know the definition of infringement, it should be the SCOTUS.

    Now, I’m pretty sure the SC is tied up working on something way more important, like taking away the rights of women, to be bothered with something as mundane as hearing a case on an assault weapons ban.
