Mississippi Governor: Obama ‘Attacked Our Faith’ By Welcoming Refugees

Posted by | November 30, 2015 16:37 | Filed under: News Behaving Badly Politics Religion

To Mississippi Governor Phil Bryant, welcoming refugees to the United States is somehow an attack on Christians.

…Bryant was among the governors who demanded an end to the resettlement of Syrian refugees in the U.S., calling the plans to take in at least 10,000 refugees “extremely dangerous” and pledging to “do everything humanly possible to stop any plans from the Obama administration to put Syrian refugees in Mississippi.”

He appeared today on the American Family Radio show “Today’s Issues” to highlight his opposition to refugees, citing a group of Syrians who turned themselves into U.S. authorities on the Mexican border as further proof that America is facing a serious threat from the refugees.

Bryant also told American Family Association President Tim Wildmon that “the president wants to attack our faith” by saying “that we as Christians should be more open and welcoming.”

How DARE he challenge our faith by pointing out our hypocrisy and obliviousness to what our “Son of Gawd” actually says! He must be a Muslin.

He didn’t attack it, he challenged it. And all of you mouth breathers failed in spectacular fashion.

Want to hear non-stop hate….Tune in to American Family Radio. That’s where he gave this interview. Brian Fischer is the most hate filled, pretend Christian on radio. AFR is a tax-exempt religious broadcaster and spouts Obama hate 24/7.

I’m glad you said “pretend Christian”. I call them fake Christians. I really think we need to label these people for what they are. They say they are Christian, and then do the opposite of what Christ preached. They use their “faith” as a political weapon. It is wrong and more Christians need to denounce them.

As a Mississippian, please accept my apologies for this revolting, satanic freak who stains our governor’s office. Whoops! Actually, that’s probably an insult to the Satanists, who have ironically proven themselves more authentically Christian than hate-filled Talibaptists like Bryant.

Poor Ole Phil just looks stupid, doesn’t he? But, to get elected in Mississippi, you can run anybody and win if he’s a Republican.

well, it’s easy considering they suppress voters. to keep a red state red, especially like missipissi, down grade education, in the poorer districts, arrest a black man for jay walking or even imprison them for umpteen years for non-violent crimes and what’s left? ignorant bassackwards trailer park racist, who vote repuke and against their own best interest.
