    This means the right is losing and the Supremes will have to say all these laws are unconstitutional, the lower courts are doing their job.

    Republican state legislators continually seek new opportunities to be SPANKED by the court system for their incredibly invasive and empathy-devoid, wholly self-serving, and blatantly unconstitutional policy proposals and legislative offerings.

      They just love to waste taxpayer money that way. Hey it’s not their money they are wasting, they’ve rigged the system so they pay a lot less. It’s the little people and the middle class that have to pay, not the rich politicians.
