Cruz, Huckabee, Jindal At Conference Pushing Death Penalty For Gays
Ted Cruz and Mike Huckabee are two participants at a conference whose organizers believe gays deserve the death penalty.
Click here for reuse options!Phillip Kayser is among the several speakers joining Mike Huckabee, Ted Cruz and Bobby Jindal at the National Religious Liberties Conference in Iowa this weekend, and as we’ve reported, he, along with the conference’s chief organizer, Kevin Swanson, has called on the government to execute gay people…
In [a] pamphlet [being distributed], “Is The Death Penalty Just?,” Kayser unsurprisingly concludes that the death penalty is in fact just, and lists homosexuality among the offenses deserving of capital punishment. Ironically for a “religious liberties” summit, he also claims that the government should treat “breaking the Sabbath,” “blasphemy and cursing God publicly,” “publicly sacrificing to other gods” and “apostasy” as death penalty crimes as well.
He writes that government officials are “subject to Biblical statutes and judgments,” claiming that “Christians should advocate the full implementation of all God’s civil penalties in every age…. Every Old Testament statue continues on the books, and without those statutes, we could not have a consistent ethnical standard.” Even “pagan” nations are obliged to follow biblical law, he writes, as “God held gentile kings accountable to these civil laws.”

This should immediately be cause for these three to be removed from qualifying to run for president.
They are agreeing with, and espousing, anti-American values that are ultimately akin to treason.

This is why these candidates are afraid of the media asking them a question. Can you imagine if we had an actual media that would ask Cruz about this? It would be the end of his campaign because if he lied or tried to skirt the issue, the media member could give this information freely to the audience.

The scariest and most disgusting thing about this situation is that Ted Cruz actually has a good chance of winning the GOP nomination. None of this surprises me in the least because I personally know many of these Religious Right Bigots and other assorted so called conservative misfits. The other two “most likely” nominees, Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio are only slightly more enlightened because Jeb is a Bush and he knows that Papa and Mama would’t stand for any of that crap and Marco is fortysomething going on 30, and probably a little gay himself.

Cruzer has a better chance of becoming queen for a day than getting the GO-PEE nomination. His compatriots know he’s a loon and a looser.

Wow, that’s some pretty heavy hate and evil there. (shudder ) And what’s even worse is the enthusiasm.

Is it too much to wish for all these GOPee’ers to get together armed, and have a circular firing squad?
Adios mofo’s!

there is a disease running rampant – or at least outloud – in the ranks of your loons. WTF are people like this doing other than representing one of the most concepts to be imposed on folks – xianity?
MyDogsAreSmarterThanYou November 8th, 2015 at 06:47
Christinsanity.
MarcoZandrini November 8th, 2015 at 10:06
Nah, fakvel has it right. These wackos’ “Christianity” isn’t Christianity in any respect but name.

And somehow there are still some gay people that identify as Republicans. You can’t explain that!

While I don’t consider “breaking the Sabbath” to be worthy of the death penalty, I do have many fond memories of my childhood when Sunday was actually treated as a day of rest. The only appliance my grandmother would turn on would be the coffee percolator (always got a kick out of those). While technically a violation of the Sabbath, even self-righteous Christian Reformed Dutchmen need their caffeine!

I’m speechless…
craig7120 November 8th, 2015 at 13:22
I wonder if that will be a topic brought up in a debate?
Nah, Mr Rubio credit card issues, Mr Trumps poll #’s and Me Carsons grain silos are better topics for discussion.
Carla Akins November 8th, 2015 at 17:39
