GOP Bishop: ‘Ben Carson Got It Right’ And Muslims ‘Should Drop Out Of America’

Ben Carson made more than a few waves over the weekend with his comments on Meet the Press in which he said a Muslim should not be allowed to become President of the United States. Specifically, Dr. Carson remarked:

I would not advocate that we put a Muslim in charge of this nation. I absolutely would not.

Carson has been criticized by Senator Bernie Sanders, the Democratic presidential candidate, and also by Democratic Congressman Keith Ellison, who is the first Muslim member of Congress. Even Texas Senator Ted Cruz, said Carson’s remarks smacked of a “religious test” for candidates, which is in direct violation of the U.S. Constitution….READ MORE at LiberalAmerica

    The GOP has bishops now? But seriously, we need a Muslim president as much as we need a Christian president. Now, if the president HAPPENS to be Muslim, or Christian, or nothing at all, that’s different.

    with a confirmed 100,000 relocating to the US between now and 2017, it hardly seems the appropriate time to be discussing them leaving. Who knows, by 2020 perhaps 20,000,000 or more.
