Ron Chusid: What The Dems Were Doing While The GOP Made Fools Of Themselves
Ron Chusid at The Moderate Voice has a good rundown of the news that our “liberal biased lamestream press” seems not to have picked up on.
I’ve already discussed what the Republicans were doing Thursday night at the debate. We also know that since then the Republicans have been fighting about Donald Trump’s misogynistic comments about Megyn Kelly, with Trump being disinvited from the RedState Gathering. While the Republicans were debating, Bernie Sanders was tweeting in response. Sanders even had the most…

I blame the DNC for last election fiasco…DWS is not a good Chair…and Steve Israel is a clown…just not a gop clown…I understand that electing a Republican President is a grave threat to our Nation’s health and well being…and that we HAVE to protect our fading Democracy from its final “drowning in a bathtub” wish of the gop…

I think it may be time for an overhaul of the DNC. It looks like a little too much corruption has settled in. At the very least Steve Israel needs to go and soon.

I have remained an Independent for many years. I do lean Liberal-Progressive, but for years I have disagreed with HOW the Democrat Party is being run. They have fine candidates but lousy party management. TOO much self importance and not enough ground work. The Party organization rides in on the candidates backs and fails at the ground support level. Get the parties leaders heads out of the Sky and put real managers in place of the present and past crop. This is why I left the Democrats in the late eighties.

Dem politicians have an actual successful record to run on. Democratic Party Leader POTUS Obama reversed GWB’s record low everything, delivering U.S. Record $17.5 T GDP +3% APR in 2014, while combating climate change global warming and creating 14 M+ new well paying jobs.
Meanwhile VP wannabe Fiorina goes Trump’16~ “He is the party’s front-runner right now, and good for him. I think he’s tapped into an anger that people feel.” http://fivethirtyeight.com/datalab/did-the-debate-hurt-or-help-trump-watch-his-favorability-numbers/ GOP anger is misdirected at the Dems unanimous successes, sans closing GTMO prohibited by repubs.

Slight disagreement, GWB’s low everything. Military Deaths and Disabilities SKYROCKETED while Cheney and DUFUS were in power. Otherwise, you are on the Mark.

Well? Marco Rubio has endorsed Hillary. That’s good enough for me.

That is a very Good endorsement.

For a long time we constantly hear and see a plethora of conservatives and only a handful of democrats who have become the ” quiet ” party. Instead President Obama has borne the brunt of insidious attacks now shifting to Clinton. Other than Warren or Sanders where are the others? The air waves should be filled with outrage over the GOP but it’s left to the few.

I think the strategy is to stay out of the way while your opponents are tearing each other down.

i think that’s clever. why get involved.

It is the weaker candidates that always call for more debates. That gives them more opportunities to get their Mugs on the screen and they need all of the exposure they can get. The Democrats need to put definite limits on the number of debaters, determined by poll strength. The Tea Party/Republicans have a Clown Bus full and it is only killing their Primaries, not helping.

The DNC can’t really do anything to the candidates, for having more debates than what Debbie Wasserman-Schultz approves. The DNC, like the RNC, is dependent upon its membership. They’re not about to start a public war with some of their most popular members and risk an all-out rebellion. They’re like a clawless cat, raising its hackles and hissing, but unable to inflict any real pain.
