I don’t understand how a business is dumb enough to get caught in something like this. You don’t have to hire the woman, but come up with non discriminatory reason. If she asks why she did not get the job just say we decided to pick some one else. You don’t have to give a reason why.

Abercrombie & Fitch is someplace I never go as a retail consumer. Snotty clerks, snotty rude kids shopping, and selling snotty way overpriced snotty merchandise. If you’re over 35 they seem not to want you in the store. I’m not surprised one of their outlets was stupid enough to do this.
