Pizza Delivery Guy Saves Life Of Customer With CPR
It doesn’t come with the job, but he’s being called a hero for what he did.
Two days after Anson Lemmer, 19, began his summer job at Uncle Pizza in Glenwood, Colorado, he arrived at an address on Valley View Road with a hot pizza, and saw a man turning blue outside of the house, according to the Post Independent.
There were two other people with the victim — one attempting CPR and one calling 911. That’s when Lemmer sprang into action to do chest compressions until EMTs from the Glenwood Fire Department showed up a few minutes later.
“It’s not a situation that I’ve ever been in before, but I felt prepared for it,” Lemmer said, according to Fox31. “I took a CPR training course through the Red Cross when I was 12 or 13, and I guess that’s the kind of training that really sticks with you.”

Everybody in the fast-food industry should know CPR. It only makes sense.
