Univision’s Jorge Ramos discussed why the Latino vote will be the deciding factor in the 2016 election on my radio show Friday night. Even if Marco Rubio or Ted Cruz is on the ticket, Latinos won’t vote for someone who wants to deport members of their family. He says Republicans need at least 33% of the Hispanic vote to win.
