Gallup: Obama Favorable Rating Highest Since 2013

President Obama has his highest favorable rating since 2013 according to a new Gallup poll.

According to the poll, Obama’s favorable rating is currently a 53 percent, up four points since March and the best since his 58 percent rating in September of 2013. According to Gallup, a President’s favorable ratings “are distinct from approval of his performance,” as job approval ratings “tend to be lower.”

Obama’s favorable rating saw an 11 point increase, and is a far cry from a low 37 percent last fall. Predictably, 90 percent of Democrats viewed President Obama favorably while only 13 percent of Republicans said the same.

Whenever a story like this comes out, I check Fox. Guess what, surprise, surprise, it’s not there. They have a bunch of old links, most of which show low approval ratings.

I want to see if they cover it at all, and they usually don’t.
