This is a terrible tragedy that is being ignored. All ypou hear about is the poor rich people climbing a mountain, not the thousands of citizens that have been killed, hurt and still missing

They are a dirt poor country without the means to do much of what needs to be done for even their own injured. Now, if they had oil, you would be hearing the clarion call to arms to go there and bring them the benefits of democracy!
