Cuba Off Terror List
President Obama has taken Cuba off the terror list.
Obama made the final decision following a State Department review of Cuba’s presence on the list. The terror designation has been a stain on Cuba’s pride and a major stumbling block for efforts to mend ties between Washington and Havana.
In a message to Congress, Obama said the government of Cuba “has not provided any support for international terrorism” over the last six months. He also told lawmakers that Cuba “has provided assurances that it will not support acts of international terrorism in the future.”
Tuesday’s announcement comes days after Obama and Cuban President Raul Castro met on the sidelines of a regional summit in Panama. The talks marked the first formal meeting between the leaders of their countries in a half-century.

When I first seen the headline, I thought it said “Cube off the terror list”, I clicked on it because I was wondering why Ice Cube was on the list, he isn’t a gangsta anymore lol.

It’s about time some of the GOP/TP and their supporters be on the terror list.

Always thought it odd that we ‘normalized’ relations with China, the largest communist country in the world, and keep Cuba isolated. China has done more to undermine the U.S. and our economy than anyone and we grant them ‘most favored nation’ status. Cuba is near broke financially, and it’s influence around the world in minimal. Yet, we listen to the expats from Cuba, most of which were well off land owners that lost most of their wealth when Castro took over.
And THEY are acting like their neighborhoods are not really American soil. None Cubans are ignored or stigmatized, government authority is questioned (except for the checks), and much like the French in Canada, refuse to speak english unless they really have to do so.

76% agree with Obama on this one. Scary part is the 24%. Rubio this will bury you! Too bad that your feelings of revenge and anger and hatred control your foreign policy. Open your mind, become a free and critical thinker
