Father Of Man Killed By Cops: The Problem Is ‘Blue’ Not Black Or White

Michael Bell, Sr, lost his son, also named Michael, in 2004, when he was killed by cops in Kenosha, WI. The younger Michael was killed in front of his mother and sister in his own backyard after being stopped by police.  The cops cleared themselves of any wrongdoing within days, and the Michael Bell, Sr., a military veteran, fought for years for a law that would allow for unbiased police reviews.  Lt. Col. Bell joined me on radio Wednesday night.
