Did you hear the one about a guy named Phuc Kieu who was reportedly minding his own business while watching gay porn on a portable DVD player in his car?

Well a man claimed he walked by after withdrawing $220 from an ATM, then said Phuc, a 58-year-old Orlando resident, yanked him inside his Honda Civic, straddled him and tried to pull his phucking clothes off.

The alleged victim, Jeremy Mitchell Foster, said he managed to wriggle out of Kieu’s grasp, then ran to a nearby phucking shopping center yelling, “Rapist!”

So, did you hear about that one? Well none of it is true.

Foster made the story up and Phuc Kieu is cleared of charges.

According to First Coast News, Foster, 21, has since been arrested and charged with filing a false report.

Afterward, Phuc X Kieu was released from jail.

“It was well after the story broke that GPD investigators determined that the statements provided by Foster were false,” spokesperson Ben Tobias said in a release Wednesday.

“The on-scene officers conducted a thorough investigation, including speaking with apparent witnesses,” the release stated. “At the time, based on information revealed during the investigation, Mr. Kieu was arrested.”

After vetting the surveillance video from a nearby business which surfaced during a follow-up investigation after Kieu’s arrest, Phuc was cleared.

Foster was called in for questioning a second time after investigators found out about the video.

Foster doubled down on his sworn statement but after being shown the surveillance video, the accuser conceded that he had lied about the incident, police said.

I wish my name was Phuc Kieu. It’s the best name in the world.

    Can you say “False Arrest”? How about “Civil Lawsuit”? Sure you can.
