Lisa Bloom (daughter of Gloria Allred, btw) read the grand jury transcripts and sharply shreds the prosecution 140 characters or less at a time.

I vote every time. Where I live, it’s as useful as spitting in your helmet bubble. We’re out numbered about 4 to 1.

I’ve said from the beginning that this case would be a “white wash” (cover up) and of course I stick to that observation. To “them” it did not matter what any witness said…it only mattered that DW got off. The prosecutor and governor are pigs just like all of the pigs on the Ferguson police department. I hope and pray that there will be a successful Federal indictment PLUS an expensive civil suit. This type of POLICE CRIME needs to end nationwide or else there will be hell to pay in the future as no one will be safe and a likely revolution or civil war will erupt. Think it won’t happen…think again…

    • edmeyer_able November 26th, 2014 at 10:42

A civil suit won’t punish the perpetrators of this injustice, only incarceration of the guilty will be satisfactory.

      • crc3 November 26th, 2014 at 10:55

A Federal indictment and trial with a guilty verdict will is what we hope for but it is a long shot at this point…

more like a no point. Just like NEVADA’s failed overthrow of the US Government is no news to the Republican WHITE RACIST controlled ‘liberal’ news media with it’s 1000 plus armed white terrorist, armed by local police departments across America with US Military arms given to them to ‘protect’ US from foreign terrorist through WHITE RACIST hiding behind a PD badge like the little loud mouth punk from TN hid behind a military uniform to get his training. All the while Mr. Cool WHITE RACIST Senator Rand Paul (R) Kentucky (no doubt part of the WHITE RACIST REPUBLICAN POLITICAL support) soothing the people with his ‘they’re just like US’ Reichland BS.
Only way to turn things around now is in the streets -Resistance, civil disturbance that meets violence on an equal or greater basis.
Americans have lost too much in trying to appease this teabagger generation of WHITE RACIST with the true heart of NAZIS.
Here on out; they win, they get their filthy disgusting REPUBLICAN WHITE RACIST REICH – they loose, I’m for shipping their spoiled little overly pampered white asses off to China for perpetual rice field labor as part of the payment for Chinese Investment loses that will occur.

same as with the sorry sack of gz child murderer in Florida. Nobody even thought to ask how Trayvon’s phone landed on the ground -or what crimes Trayvon was engaged in at the time of his state sponsored execution. Only that a Latino thug with a WHITE MALE Florida DL would escape justice in the WHITE RACIST Republican controlled courts. Same with the FAILED attempted overthrow of the US Government in Nevada backed by the WHITE RACIST REPUBLICAN FASCIST in the US Government.

What happened in Ferguson with the “grand jury” was expected, but we all hoped it wouldn’t be. We as a nation how not gone forward in the 21st. century but back into the 19th century. I guess history is repeating itself.

We are now at just about the same point as we were just before the Great Depression financially, and socially we’re stuck somewhere in the 40s and 50s. All we need is a Mitt Romney in the Presidency and a GOPTP Congress, and we’re there.

Sorry, but I’m not seeing any glaring inconsistencies other than punched 2 or 10 times. If I were looking at the evidence and saw those statements ( which I have) I’d go to the multiple eye witness statements ( the ones that stayed consistent throughout) and see how much weight to give his testimony vs. initial report 3 months earlier. If the eye witnesses tell a significantly different story then there would be doubt.

    • edmeyer_able November 26th, 2014 at 12:26

Witness #10 which mcculloch quoted throughout his diatribe changed his initial distance from 100 yards down to 50 yards. He also changed his story from walking on the sidewalk to near the curb. Would you consider that to be RELIABLE . Read more of Lisa Blooms critique of the gj., Then come back when you’ve availed yourself to the facts.

      • photogman November 26th, 2014 at 12:36

I have the facts. What I didn’t have was an opinion before those facts were known.

        • edmeyer_able November 26th, 2014 at 12:39

Well it seems you can’t make any sense of what you’ve read if you don’t see any inconsistencies. Don’t bother replying you have shown yourself to be irrelevant to the conversation.

          • photogman November 26th, 2014 at 12:47

I didn’t say anything about not seeing any inconsistencies. I said you can’t take inconsistencies out of context without taking in ALL of the witness testimony. Then see how much weight that inconsistency carries. Sorry for having an opposing opinion, guess that makes me irrelevant.

That IS fishy, because there is no guidance, no judge and no one representing the other side.

In these cases, confusion is the best defense, (which is NOT what McCulloch was supposed to be doing.

I’m going to type this slowly for you because you appear to not understand what’s happening. It was fixed. The prosecutor refused to recuse himself. His murky past is well documented. Google his f*cking name and see the b.s. that pops up. We knew the stage was rigged. Why do you think we all knew what the GJ decision would be before he announced it? I wrote the decision before it was announced. I just didn’t hit ‘publish’ until he said it.

And for the record, if this happened to you, we’d all have your back even though you could care less about justice for others.
