37 White Supremacists Arrested For Running Texas Meth-Distribution Ring
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, 37 Texans — most of which are from Dallas and surrounding cities, all affiliated with various white supremacist groups — have been arrested on drug-trafficking conspiracy charges. Various white supremacist groups collaborated for purposes of drug distribution such as the ABT (Aryan Brotherhood of Texas), Aryan Circle, Irish Mob, and Dirty White Boys.
Dallas News reports that the federal grand jury’s indictment was filed in October but that was unsealed on Friday following the arrests.
The indictment claims each defendant had been part of a meth-distribution operating from Tulsa to Mesquite and they all have ties to the aforementioned white supremacist groups.
According to feds, some of the nicknames included “Pacman,” “Taco Chris,” “Bam Bam,” “Phreek,” “Peppermint Patty,” “Charlie Brown,” “Queen Saltine,” ‘Tennessee” and 29 others.
The racists were in collaboration between at least January 2013 to October 2014 to distribute meth in North Texas.
Dallas News reports:
Three other Dallas residents have also been arrested and charged in a separate federal complaint for having taken part in the same ring.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says the ring was eventually broken up by the Department of Public Safety’s gang unit, U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations and police departments in Dallas, Garland, Mesquite and Rockwall. If found guilty, each defendant in the drug-trafficking conspiracy could face up to life in prison and fines in the millions.

You made me think of this classic Lily Tomlin on black and white TV demonstrating a new laundry soap. It seems appropriate somehow. Plus, her husband (in the skit) is a policeman…

One of my all time favorites. I just love that “You want to know something?…” I had all of her early stuff on scratchy vinyl back in the day, and I got to see her live at a college in the 70s. My group of friends at the time could recite her and the Firesign Theater skits pretty much word for word.

Firesign Theater! We’re all bozo’s on this bus! I love those guys and used to know pretty much all their stuff!

It stays with you, for sure. Like “wow, man–look at the stars! There’s so many of them!” The album “Fighting Clowns” sounds downright prophetic today.

You know–I use that one a lot too. I worked in the hardware biz for years, and that’s how I used to describe plumbing and electricity to DIYers who really shouldn’t own tools at all. Of course, I’d try to find a nice way to break it to them…

After you sold them more tools than they could ever possibly need, of course! ;-)
M D Reese November 16th, 2014 at 21:24
Actually unless the people were real rude dickheads, I was always pretty good at selling them what they needed, and suggesting things to go along with, or to make it easier to install.–but not hard sell. I got a lot of women interested in doing their own repair work and helped them find power tools that they could use with confidence, and work their way up. I really enjoyed it for the most part.

I can still quote long passages off their albums~!

It’s like taking acid–hard to explain it to anybody who hasn’t experienced it. I can still hear that jingle– “Porgy, Tirebiter–just a student like you. (Like me???) Just a student like you…”

Do you ever find yourself saying some of their lines out loud when the situation seems to warrant it, only to find that everyone is staring at you as if you were from another planet? Some of their lines just pop out willy-nilly,like–“There’s nothing on the back of it! The game will be played without code 2 rules!” (I may not be exact, but you get my drift…)

White thugs, no, it can’t be. I keep hearing white people aren’t thugs. Is somebody lying to me?
Spirit of America November 15th, 2014 at 18:13
Honestly? I’ve never heard any sane person claim white people have no bad apples, any links to some of those quotes?
It doesn’t matter race/religion/creed/club/group/vocation/avocation… not a single group doesn’t have bad apples. I take each person on their own actions and go from there.
Now, some groups are meant to be for bad apples, such as kkk, white supremists, wu, bloods, crips, etc. But they also span the race/nationality issue.

Well at least texas is regulating someone, that bastion of worker safety just had 4 people die in a chemical factory leak. Supposedly the odor could be detected 40 miles away, but not to worry company officials stated the public was in no danger…sure just like Bhopal India and west texas fertilizer, no danger at all.

We had a pulp mill that was spewing cancerous chemicals into the air and water for about 50 years. The awful smell was referred to as the smell of money. Lots of cancer clusters in the area.
