New York Times Reporter Panics Over Sight Of Homeless Man, Gets Trolled On Twitter

Michael Barbaro (not pictured) who describes himself on Twitter as a, “Political reporter for the New York Times, inveterate gossip, Upper West Sider,” had a freak out moment after seeing a “dangerous” homeless person sleeping in the subway in New York City.

Barbaro writes, “Situation at 123 underpass at 41st and 7th Ave has become dangerous and unacceptable.”

I don’t know. Michael. Maybe the missing tiles are dangerous? Is it the stairs – are they wet from the scary rain? Is it the black man sleeping? Because we all know how scary sleeping people are. Or was there a runaway train that’s out of shot?

Needless to say, the reporter was trolled relentlessly. One thing is certain, everyone wants to know if the reporter is OK after coming face to face with real danger.

Maybe the homeless guy has Ebola. Who knows what creeps along in the subway system in New York.

I take it he’s never been on the subway before. Just wait until he spots one of the giant subway rats. That should make another great breaking news tweet.

We shall refer Michael Barbaro from now on as Danger Man.

I agree, things have become dangerous and unacceptable. The republicans are out of control and beating people down to the point where they are homeless and have to sleep anywhere they can. We really need to do something about these out of control selfish republicans hurting Americans who are hurt by republican policies.

If there’s any justice, this clown’s boss will see the tweets, realize he has no business working for the Times, fire him, and he’ll wind up homeless and sleeping in the subway tunnel. But there’s no justice, so this ahole will win a Pulitzer.

Anomaly writes of Josh Barbaro’s freak out moment after seeing a “dangerous” homeless person sleeping in the subway in New York City.

Not sure I agree 100 percent with your police work there, darlin’–

Matching sweats, clean white running shoes, no accompanying bag of “stuff,” etc., looks more like a guy who just got hammered, or worse, was the uncooperative victim of a mugging.

Jeez, somebody wanna give the brother a hand, or at least check his pulse?
