Cruz: War If GOP Takes Senate

Senator Ted Cruz couldn’t wait one more day.  He gave a gift to Democrats by talking about what he would do if his GOP takes over the Senate in tomorrow’s elections.

Cruz promises more confrontation in the Senate, more gridlock in Washington and more partisanship in Congress. In recent comments that were bannered on the front page of The Washington Post and reported in media throughout the nation, Cruz issued his call to confrontation from the right, promising that he will lead this fight for Senate Republicans to continue the very aggressive ideological partisanship that voters want ended.

So glad you’re working for the American people, Cuban Cruz. Now GFY.

The Rethuglicans are really not looking at the big picture. If they gain control of both houses, their “war” on the American people will solidify a Dem Prez in 2016 even more.

Cruz is talking war and there the Democrats are, flaccidly talking about “cooperation” with their hands at their sides as the Republicans wind up to give the Democrats another face full of GOP knuckles.
As long as the Democrats fail to come together as a party and present a more unified, positive message and are willing to hit back as hard as the Republicans do, the Democrats will continue to lose.

Good grief, here in Virginia Senator Mark Warner appears to have won by just a few thousand votes when he should have stomped the snot out of Gillespie.
In the Maryland governors race, the lieutenant governor got whupped by a Republican who has never been elected to anything in a state where there are twice as many Democrats as Republicans.

The GOP defined these races from the start and the Democrats mostly just backpedaled, trying not to get hit too much. The DNC needs a serious makeover because they don’t know how to win elections and just had their sorry butts dragged up and down the field and there will be plenty more of the same till they learn to shape the battlefield, put the GOP on their heels and present a genuine, positive view of the future.

Every now and then we see athletes and teams come out “flat” and get their faces stomped in and that’s what happened here.
