An armed Open Carry group in Texas marched in a parade on Saturday, and like manly men, they proudly rode on a float to display their ammosexuality in support of equal rights for guns. When will guns be able to marry?
“Come And Take It Texas” was joined by Open Carry Texas members and as always, we have freedom pictures of the event.
This feller seems to have taken himself a young hostage.
Look at that crowd cheering them on. Hey, where’d everybody go?
When you’re out strolling your baby, never forget to carry your long gun just in case the baby is armed with a loaded diaper. Is that her finger on the trigger?
This is Houston OCT Chapter Leader David Amad. He doesn’t look like he has issues at all. I totally wouldn’t be worried bumping into him at a Kroger store.
It looks this woman’s t-shirt reads, “The power of life” and I’m pretty sure that’s a deadly weapon strapped on her back.
Look, they have a cheerleader by their float. It’s all about the Red. White And Blue, but mostly red. Blood red.
In the state of Texas, there’s no requirement for a background check or any weapons training. None. These people could be anyone.
I have more freedom pictures, but it’s just more of the same. Flags and guns. The only thing missing is respect for others, because this group has none.
I’ve vetted some of their fans pages on Facebook recently and many of them are conspiracy theorists who think Obama is a skeery black man born in Kenya. Others are Benghazi truthers. The list goes on but one only needs to point to C.J. Grisham to see what this group is about, then Google: John Birch Society.

If you go to the top of the thread, you’ll see where the “racist” comment began: with a lie, that then was only justified by further closed minds with liberal rhetoric. Not one comment, accepts that there are blacks who hold different views; and their numbers are growing.
The site offered was simply an appeal, to use your words, “to confirm your bias.” If I thought it would help you work on your problem-solving faculties, I’d do the research and email you, a hometown paper of yours that still publishes mug shots of violent offenders, both white and non-white, for you to do the math. But for now, I’ll just accept , my belief that you are an “apologist” for violent behavior (which btw begins in the home) and your belief that all who disagree with you are “racist”. Here’s how to stack the system:
1. Have police spend most of their time in black neighborhoods.
2. Wait for blacks to ‘do something suspicious’ and stop them. Bonus points if they really ARE behaving suspiciously.
3. Find a reason to arrest them. Manufacture an excuse, if need be, such as ‘resisting arrest’. Or simply arrest them for acts that whites would only get warnings for.
4. Get them to confess or make possibly-incriminating statements.
5. Ensure they’re convicted, or threaten them with stiffer sentences if they don’t agree to a plea bargain.
6. If it goes all the way to sentencing, give them a sentence much longer than a white would get for an identical crime.

The way they’re carrying those guns, strapped to their backs, if some reason came up to actually use them, by the time they got them loaded (I assume they’re not loaded?) and into firing position, they’d either be dead, or the action would be over, or both. Exactly what are they trying to prove? Even in states where open carry is legal, most businesses do not allow it. So although they can walk down the street, that’s really all they can do. Can’t go shopping, can’t go to the bank, can’t get dinner. And how much fun is it to just walk down the street showing off your manly guns? Even ice cream gets boring as a steady diet.

Yeah, they are a confused bunch. They are protesting that Texas does not allow open carry of pistols. Of course, none of them has the sense to protest with those pistols and risk arrest and subsequent trials to advance their cause, so from the safety of legally carried rifles they go. I’d say that’s not a great deal of commitment to their holy 2nd Amendment. They are cowards, fools and attention whores.
