[su_upd] Cop Who Shoved CNN’s Don Lemon Fired For Oath Keepers Rant Vid
Well, looks like Rant Boy’s career is over thanks to a number of progressive and liberal blogs publicizing the rambling tirade documented on Youtube.
After Don Lemon got up this morning and saw his email and tweets, he called the St. Louis County Police Chief about Dan Page’s hour-long rant at an Oathkeepers meeting. Lemon had a particular interest in this, since that’s the same officer who shoved him like garbage on the street during the protests in Ferguson.
Mr. Page has now been relieved of duty and ordered into psychological counseling.

Hold on, Dave, Officer Crazypants hasn’t been “fired,” he’s just been suspended pending a review by the Internal Affairs unit, which process will begin Monday. I’d imagine it’ll be a couple weeks before they make any determination, which may well include termination, but still, it’s a bit early for the munchkins to start singing.
And though CNN speculates idly that the review process may well include a psychological evaluation, that hardly constitutes “being ordered into psychological counseling,” as Karoli so colorfully put it in the Crooks and Liars piece.
