It’s not that I don’t feel for they guy, but really? How was the surgery botched? He came in as an emergent case and the problem was corrected – a scar and the resulting effects are part and parcel of the care he had been seeking.
I have to say, I really, really want to know what sexual act he had been engaged in to “break” his penis.
