Obama Continues Push for Women’s Economic Equality
If his weekly address is any sign, President Obama is not letting up on his push to level the economic playing field for women. It is one facet of a multi-front “pocketbook issue” strategy that Democrats are rolling out in the lead-up to full-fledged midterm Senate and House campaigns in an effort to fire up voters fed up with a Congress that has done nothing to create jobs, foster economic fairness, restore and enforce regulatory oversight, and stimulate the economy.
