Woman Discovers Unopened WWII-Era Love Letter At Goodwill
Click here for reuse options!Sheila Polk found the letter addressed to Helen Rothurmel inside a book she picked up at a Goodwill store in plant city Florida.
Sergeant Albert Alm, who was based in Palm Springs, California, sent it to her back in 1945.
Rothurmel was a member of the African American WACS unit stationed at Love Field in Dallas.
Polk now hopes this love story will come to a happy conclusion.
