Historic Gerald Ford Testimony On His Assassination Attempt Released To Public

A federal judge has now allowed the public release of video testimony by President Gerald Ford on the assassination attempt by Lynette “Squeaky” Fromme in 1975.

A former follower of Charles Manson, Fromme moved toward Ford during a visit to Sacramento, California 38 years ago and pointed a gun at him. In this fascinating video testimony, President Ford explains that he spotted the would-be assassin in the crowd and he carefully describes how she slowly approached him with weapon in hand.
