Some Homework On Climate Change

Unlike my students, I can’t really assign homework to my blog readers.  That said, climate change is one of the subjects that seems to engender the most heated debate on this site.  So I thought at the very least, people may like some recommendations for reading on the subject (and yes — the books all support the idea that human-created climate change is real).

Environmental studies professor Roger Pielke (pictured) says innovation and argument is the only way to reverse climate change. We need to try everything and see what works, because there’s one thing we all agree on: we don’t want the lights to go out!

Check the page out and put the books on your wish list for the holidays (and by saying “holidays” I am not declaring war on Christmas).
